Population of India

In this paper, I will try to examine the current situations of the Indian population. Also I will try to identify problem that surround the Indian population and take a look at the means the government of India did in order to solve perceived problems.

The world’s biggest dilemma is the day-by-day struggle for survival and the scarcity of resources due to increased population. Over six billion people are estimated in the world population today and this increase in number cannot be prevented because of the high rate of fertility and the low rate of mortality. This means that more babies are being born than people dying. India is one of the countries considered as mere contributing factors of the growing population. It is the country of high population growth and has more than one billion people.

Because of its unstoppable increase in number, many Indians are suffering in the state of poverty. Most of them are deprived and exploited. This exploitation will bring forth further devastation of the country’s resources. This immediate concern on economic condition and the depletion of resources matters on the availability of the resources, the energy consumption and production capacity. Thus, population growth is sometimes thought to be a resort of the country’s development but on the contrary, this becomes a burden to the public and to the government if not backed up by good policies and programs. Large population means large consumer groups but can also be translated to large purchasing power and large work force that is essential in an economy.

“India has more than 1 billion people and approximately 16.7% of the world’s population” (iloveindia.com). There are estimated 324 people in every square kilometer. In age structures: “0-14 years 31.7% (male 173,869,856; female 164,003,915); 15- 64 years, 63.5% (male 349,785,804; female 326,289,402); 65 years and over, 4.8% (male 25,885,725; female 25,235,905) (2004 estimate)” (iloveindia.com). The growth rate in populations is estimated to be 1.44% as of the year 2004. Like most countries; the birth rate in India is higher than the death rate. In every 1000 people in India, 22.8 births and only 8.30 deaths are reported. Furthermore, there are only 57.92 deaths reported for every 1000 live births, which is a big imbalance.

The life expectancy in India is “63.99 years for the whole population” (iloveindia.com). Females are said to have higher life expectancy than men. Every woman is equated with 2.85 children which is extremely high compared to other countries. It was also reported in India as of the year 2001 that 3.97 million of its populations is infected with the deadly HIV disease and there were already 310,000 people who died because of the said sickness. Again, poor sanitation, poor lifestyles and lack of knowledge were some of the perceived reasons for the high number of HIV cases and the high number of deaths.
“There are three ethnic groups in India. Among its people, 72% are Indo-Aryan, 25% are Dravidian and 3% are Mongoloids and others” (iloveindia.com, para.5). Regarding its literacy rates, which are defined by 15 years of age number of people that can read and write, it was reported that 59.5% is literate among the total population. Among males, literacy rate is 70.2% and among women is 48.3% as of 2003. The figure also implies that a man is move likely to have education than women.

Given the reported figures above, the Republic of India is basically faced with the problem of population control. Facing the problem of high population rate also tells us that it is also facing the problems given by high population. In this regard, the Indian Government has a very rigorous and difficult jobs.

The burden in finding solutions to India’s population explosion resides mainly on its own government. In its quest to find answers in controlling population rate increase, the government made measures to solve the problems. These measures are the ones we will discuss further in this paper.

In terms of legislation, the Government of India passed the “Child Marriage Restraint Act in 1976” (populationcommission.nic.in, para.9). To put muscle on the government’s quest for a solution to the high population increase, mandated was the “strict enforcement of Child Marriage were Restraint Act, 1976” (populationcommission.nic.in, para.9). Child marriages was not only discouraged by the Indian government but also made it a legislations in order to emphasizes its importance. There is indeed a need for the Indian government to act now in dealing with population problem. “A cash incentive of Rs. 500 is awarded to mothers who have their first child after 19 years of age, for birth of the first or second child only” (populationcommission.nic.in). The Indian government is indeed serious in their quests to halt population high rate increase. They even spend money for rewards to people who dows not get pregnant at an early age. Facilities for safe abortion were also strengthened in India to furthers address population growth. This is quite unconventional but practical means in order to fight high population growth which has been a very hard enemy.

Many of these Indians below poverty line do not also have the benefit of what a person coming from a rich family will experience in terms of health care and education. High population results to high poverty rate on most cases such as in India. The Indian government is not only facing population problem but also the status of many Indians living below poverty line. To address this problem, the Indian government also made measures in addressing health care; “couples below the poverty line, who undergo sterilization with not more than two living children, would become eligible (along with children) for health insurance (for hospitalization) not exceeding Rs. 5000, and a personal accident insurance coverage for the spouse undergoing sterilization.” Making a person infertile is also part of the huge campaign against the high level of population uncrossed in the Republic of India.

To also address the problem of poverty, the government of India side that “increased vocational training schemes for girls leading to self-employment will be encouraged” (populationcommission.nic.in, para.12). To be employed is very much needed, and it is of big help to people living below the poverty lines, especially when they are raising children. Beyond being employed, it is also the aim of training to empower women in terms of their capacity and role in the society, which is a very important aspect of the well being of a woman not only in India but also in different parts of the world. Women empowerment is one essential part in order for a country to succeed and to be strong. Society is not about men alone; it is between the teamwork of men and women empowered and ready to face the challenges of today’s time.

There is also the lack of education among Indians; that is why many of them don’t have the proper knowledge in terms of reproductive health issues and how to execute family planning methods. Low education levels is mostly in rural areas in India where transportation seem to be a problem. Government service is at times in a difficult situation in reaching these communities; a big part of the education campaign of the government of India is the education on reproductive health and family planning method. This step is a very important means in achieving the government’s goals and dream to reduce population high increase among its people.

Basically, in order to fight high population increase the Indian government focused on implementing means such as legislation against early marriage, insurance for families below poverty level, abortion facility rehabilitation, rewards and education.

In conclusion, India is a very rich country in terms of its potential to be a powerful nation in terms of economy and armed forces. This is due to the facts that it has a high population. India has more than 1 billion people and approximately 16.7% of the world’s population. There are estimated 324 people in every square kilometer. The growth rate in population is estimated to be 1.44% as of the year 2004. High population can be a great potential for a country, but can also be dangerous at times. By this moment in time, the government of India is still in its battle to fight the negative effects of population explosion such as poverty, lack of health care and lack of education.

To fight high population increase the Indian government focused on implementing means such as legislations against early marriage, insurance for families below poverty level, abortion facility rehabilitation, rewards and education. In the near future, great success will then be visible in the Indians’ quest to fight the rapid population growth of their country. As long as there is the constant dedication of the people and the government, goals will always be achieved. Nothing is impossible in this world. Even bad situations can be turned into good ones.

Medical Care in India

According to the daily Yomiuri, in Emerging India; Foreigners taking advantage of cheap, high-quality medical care, “India celebrates the 60th anniversary of its independence this year, and where the nation is heading. In this article the author comparer between the private and public health service in India; he also show us the average of the medical cost in the world wide and India. Moreover, in this article we can see also the problem of Indian people that they don’t have enough service of medical care, because of the population and the few small number of doctors.

First, India still has a good background in medical care; a lot of Indian doctor work outside India because people believe in the medical service of it. In a privet clinic in New Delhi, 5,500 operations are conducted annually, and the success rate of the operations stands at 99.2 percent. According to the author. India provides a perfect medical service “the cost of treatment at the hospital is much cheaper than in other countries.” according to Hanada. Second, the government of India invites the people to enjoy the perfect and cheapest health service and she has “First World treatment at Third World prices." Medical Visas have started start in India since 2006, “visas are valid for a year, but can be extended if doctors issue certificates,” according to the government of India. In India there are a lot of places which are very neutral and there is a huge number of hospitals in India that look likes parks. “The minister said foreign patients and those accompanying them should enjoy playing golf or visiting places of scenic beauty and historic interest after operations in India, using money that would otherwise have been used for treatment in their own country,” according to Ambika Soni, the man who created the new type of visa. Hospitals in India try to get certification from the Joint Commission International, “five hospitals already have obtained certification,” according to JCI. India produces many doctors; some of them take an advantage in British and US .“India is thus becoming a medical power” according to Yomiuri. Worldwide there became interest in the private hospital of India because the perfect service that the has it, but in the other hand the public medical serves became worst on it, there are several reasons for that the general one that the doctors who work in the public service changed to the privet because the salary is very good. “As gaps between rich and poor widen in society as a whole, the situation likely will get worse.” according to Hanada.

People became interested about medical care in India, because private hospitals in India provide cheap and high quality service. Medical service costs a lot of money not only in the US but also around the world. For example, “James Shipp, 50, who came from Houston to accompany his 58-year-old cousin who underwent a cardiac operation at the hospital, and his cousin decided to come to India. They had been told in the United States that it would cost 150,000 dollars to 200,000 dollars for an operation. But in India, it cost only about 20,000 dollars.”

India started new system because it wanted to improve the health economy in it; moreover, India took this challenge and started the process they provide a new type of visa they called "medical visas", so people who want to come to India to take the medical service they should have this type of visa. For example, “foreign patients and those who accompanied them, such visas are valid for a year, but can be extended if doctors issue certificates.” according to Hanada.

Every year, India provides a lot of India doctors; for this result a lot of them go outside India to take advantage in the US and Britan. “India, whose population is know for its scientific and mathematic skills, is thus became “ a medical power,” according to Handa.

Private health service in India is know as perfect cheep and high quality of medical care, but on the other side India has a lot of problems in the public health service. A lot of doctors who work in the public service changed to the private service and some of them work outside the country because of the bad income salary. “ At AIIMS Hospital, 75 doctors have resigned over than past 10 years. The biggest reason for them to leave is the poor salary,” according to Hanada. More doctors left them jobs in the public service, which, makes India, face a serious problem, especially with poor Indian people; according to the World Heath Organization, the number of doctors in India stand at 645.825. The number of doctors per 1.000 people is 0.6”.

In conclusion, India has a lot of things to become the “medical power”, but they should provide good public service for the Indian people or at least let them go to the private hospital and pay lower prices than foreign people because Indian people don’t have insurance system. It is a good move from the government of India to improve the economy by opening the medical Tourism and they win the forging people, but someday they will lose the Indian people.

Great Lessons Of Life

Smile well and often, it makes people wonder what you’ve been up to.

Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare.

Progress always involves risk. You can’t steal second with your foot on first.

Never let your memories be greater than your dreams.

Every success is built on the ability to do better than good enough.

What you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say.

Sometimes people don’t hear you until you scream…

A ship in harbour is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.

The most difficut thing for people to say in 25 words or less is good-bye.

Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.

Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?

I use not only the brains I have, but all I can borrow.

Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

When you’re through changing, you’re through.

Don’t compromise yourself. You’re all you’ve got.

The person who would like to make his dreams come true must stay awake.

A strong, positive attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug.

There is only one way to get anybody to do anything… That is by making the other person want to do it.

Experience is the hardest kind of teacher. It gives you the test first and the lesson afterward.

India population growth

According to the daily Yomiuri, Almas Ali senior adviser at the Population Foundation of India. India is a huge country; and there are about 1 billion Indian lived on it. In this article Yomiuri discuses some question with the senior adviser about the population growth change in India and it is; age structure a rare occurrence, optimistic, unemployment and the kind of negative problem effect on India. The adviser gives Yomiuri a lot of information about these questions that Hanada asked about it.

First, high growth rate, high birth rate and high death rate are the important three stages in the democratic evolution. “Because of birth and death rates are high, there is balance. This is the first stage” According to the adviser. Second 1950, was the most important year for India because India got independence. The first thing that the government does is improving the medical breakthrough. They discovered and they made antibiotics to facing the biggest problem in India since that time which is typhoid. The medical breakthroughs made in developed counties, “this knowledge could be replicated in Asia and Africa”. So all these thing affected and resulted in the population growth. Finally, government investment in health and education; they improve this tow thing. They focus in the women how they will acceptance the availability of contraceptives. With this steps Indian government try to focus on small and healthy families for the economic and social development. After all of these steps the growth rate in India has came down. 1951, growth rate come down but on the other side the population size was increasing, because the high proportion of young people on India. Growing number became up because the underdevelopment of the economic development. In Cairo, in1994, India change there strategy and they made new policy to control the population. Indian people want to accept contraceptive methods, but they didn’t know about it; the information is not available and the population function unable to provide it.

Underdevelopment of economy is the biggest problem in India. According to the adviser, “we have to try to implement vocational training and education, to catchup.” For example, India should have to process a system for the young, and also give them special program for the training; this plan will be the challenge for them.

India is an emerging country. “ India may become the global power in the not-too-distant future.” For example, India is one of the youngest countries in the world; “it has long-term repercussions on individual lives, health system, security demography, economy, and development,” according to Almas Ali.

Unemployed young people have an effect on the society and this has a negative effect on the problem of India. “I think about 30 persent of adolescent young people in India, and globally, are illiterate.” According to the adviser. For example, a lot of young Indian people have a problem; some of them are not properly utilized, and some of them could became the biggest liability.

Government of India should find anew system; India should planned to control the population rate; to provide a good economy for the Indian people because, more than 1 billion Indian lived in one country 90% of them they have lees income about 1$ every day, so we can see that the Indian people lived them country and work in other country. In this issue the government of India should spend the money that they have it in good way, they need to found new organization and program to tell the Indian people that they should stop the population and the overpopulation is not good for the country, also found new system to improved the economic.

The Ideal Family

Every person longs to have the kind of a family that is the ideal for him. When we talk of an ideal family, it means that it is the family that a person views to be perfect. Even in a person’s early years in life, admiration of different families starts and thus making one dream of having a family someday that is picture perfect for him. Although there are different forms of family that are being accepted and acknowledged, the choice still depends upon one's perspective. What kind of family then should a person have? There are three main characteristics that I deem to be essential in having an ideal family. First, it must have a traditional style. Second, it must have only two to three children. Third,it must have religion.

A traditional family is a functional family in structure. “Every member has is own appropriated function” according to G. N.dime (n.d.) The father is delegated to find means for the whole family’s subsistence. He works and is known to be the bread winner of the family. He will provide the physiologic needs of family and fill the house with love, happiness, security and discipline. He is also the one who can be called the head in reference to problem solving and decision making. On the other hand, the mother has an extraordinary task in the family and that is to take care of the entire household; this means that she attends to the different needs of the family; she will be the one that wakes up early and sleeps late at night and is a role model in the house; she also has the responsibility of inculcating the best values in their children and giving them the best of care. The children have to take their education and help the mother to clean the house and in other basic household tasks. The traditional type of family is considered as an ideal type of family. The children, who are the center of care, love and attention must be instilled with good values because they are the pillars of the family. In this type of family, each has to function well and must do their part to make it an ideal family.

The choice of number of children varies with parents; others desire to have one child only, to focus on their care and attention and to securely provide all that they need. However, two or three children are providing to be the ideal one. This is based on practical and economical reasons like cost. Having a small number of children would provide great opportunity for education and experience in life. Giving a child an educational program these days costs big and giving him a perfect life costs even bigger. Having many children could cost them their ability to fulfill physical, emotional and mental needs in economic crises. Having Some children in the family opens opportunities.

An ideal is religious because believe in God is the foundation of a strong family and a wonderful home. It comprises a responsible father, loving mother and the obedient children. This means that having God at home is a perfect home for a family “in which joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, patience and love overflows” according to Sun Myung moon. As Rev. Sun Myung Moon would say, “The ideal family is the place of the eternal love of parents, the eternal love of husband and wife, and the eternal love of children centering upon God. Rev. Sun Myung Moon indeed captured the essence of an ideal family, which is beneficial to all because having God means good work” (n.d., para.10). God preaches people to be good and not mandated by evil.

Society will greatly benefit if all people will have this kind of family. In a structured family, even if the father is working, the mother can take care of the children and has the time to guide and teach them with values. Having only two to three children would entail a great chance in having all the people in a society to have proper education and a comfortable life. Finally, in a family that believes in God, people will surely do away from misconduct and evil deeds because the primary teaching of God is to do good to others.

In conclusion, the family that a person should have is the traditional family, having two to three children and believing in God in their lives. This is the best kind of a family; our society will have peace and harmony.

computers

Nobody thought 20 years ago that the computer would change our lives. It’s amazing how computers can change it. These days, the computer is the most important thing in this life; computer has became a daily thing for the human being. Computers makes our lives easy. In the past the life was kind of hard; no computer, that means a lot of hand work, a lot of wasted time. For example, in the past if you wanted to take some money from the bank, you had to go stand in a long line in a branch and wait to take some money out or deposit money into your account. When the computers came, life definitely changed; it became easier;in a few seconds you can get what you want.

Outdoor Activity

Everyone likes to do something in his free time. Outdoor Activity simply means any neutral activity that people do such as walking, watching, swimming …etc. Photographer designer, this is my favorite thing in my free time; sometimes I use some program to improve the image and do some design in it. I like to do it by myself; Also, I don’t like someone working with me when I take my own photo, or when I design it because I cannot focus in my work. A Photographer designer can take any picture in any time, not like another activity such as swimming, or any activity that required special time to do it, so this is the most important thing about this activity.

Pacific Pollution

Water is a precious resource, and “a resource we depend on for our life, (earth911.org). Nearly 97% of the world's water is salty or otherwise undrinkable. Another 2% is locked in ice caps and glaciers. That leaves just 1% for all of humanity's needs -- all its agricultural, residential, manufacturing, community, and personal needs. Many factors can affect our water from population growth to drought conditions”. With all the technological advancements, unlimited pollution in the pacific has been greatly affected. Human activities absorb the effects by the marine environment. Water pollution, requires clarifying and chlorinating drinking water, but treatment systems are difficult.

“Pollution is the introduction of substances or energy into the environment, resulting in deleterious effects of such a nature as to endanger human health, harm living resources and ecosystems, and impair or interfere with amenities and other legitimate uses of the environment. The major forms of pollution include; Air, water, noise, light… etc” (edtech.kennesaw.edu) .The evolution of technology in the 20th century led to a sharp increase in the oil consumption around the world. Extraction huge oil quantities from the Earth spicily from Pacific area used source of energy and essential raw material in various industries, especially chemical industries. Some time the companies stand behind illiygal decuomant that it show them droup illegal material on the water. According to Welch S on Officials try to stem illegal dumping of company ,“The companies covered up the illegal dumping by ordering crew members to hide evidence, obtain fake waste-disposal receipts, paint over brackets used to bypass pollution controls -- even lie to grand juries. One chief engineer pleaded guilty last month to discharging 20 tons of oily sludge on one voyage from Japan to Vancouver, Wash. No one knows how often such discharges occur, but investigators say dumping is so common they may be just scratching the surface.”.

The second reason effect the water pollution in the Pacific is smoke from factories. Air pollution is it the gravest disaster facing the earth. Air pollution deteriorating environment due to a flaw in the constituent elements, so air material lose their ability to play their natural work. There are a lot of things that we use it and make this problem to air, and the great example of this is factories because factors contributing toward the growing air pollution problem. For example; many factories around the world made a lot of lofty vapors; these vapors have specific gas; the name of this gas is carbon. As we know carbon is very dangerous and keep the temperature up for long time moreover, when carbon mixed with air and start rain the rain became dirty, this rain name is carbon rain. Carbon rain is very dangerous because when the sky starts rain it's affecting destroying vegetation, polluting oceans and affecting wildlife. Acid rain has long been argued by society s most formidable minds also Acid rain makes the Pacific lose their leaves. It indirectly destroys ecosystems that surround forests and lakes. People use something else; they use cigarettes. The cigarette has a lot of carbon and there are a billion of people who use cigarettes every day, and this made a lot of carbon.
The third reason effect the water pollution in the Pacific is traffic from ships. “The illegal traffic of ships that become waste under the convention”. (ban.org). According to ban.org, “To be very specific Greenpeace and BAN calls upon the Parties to start systematic monitoring and enforcement program to stop illegal traffic in ships as waste where it occurs and where applicable. We specially call upon ship dismantling states to enforce the notification and consent provisions of the Basel Convention for all incoming ships that either have no inventory or are known to contain hazardous materials in their construction.

Abandoned ships are waste as they are simply disposed of as a whole. Government owned ships become waste as soon as the intent to dispose has been made public. Single-hulled tankers become waste by law as soon the requirement to leave the oil market by the provisions of national law resulted in a decision to dispose the tanker. According to (marinelog.com) (2006), pollution from nine ships and false pollution log entries in three additional ships, in six U.S. ports around the nation. OSG will pay a record $37 million -- the largest-ever criminal penalty involving deliberate vessel pollution -- and plead guilty to charges related to illegal dumping of waste oil, criminal violations of the Clean Water Act/Oil Pollution Act and the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships, conspiracy, false statements and obstruction of justice. This multi-district investigation was conducted in Boston, Mass.; Portland, Maine; Los Angeles; San Francisco; Wilmington, N.C.; and Beaumont, Texas. Also there is another example for this problem, According to Justice's Web site, “The government’s investigation was initiated after the Coast Guard in Boston received a referral from the Marine Safety Branch of Transport Canada, indicating that records for the M/T Uranus showed that bilge waste was being disposed while the official Oil Record Book failed to account for the disposal of waste. It was determined that these illegal discharges occurred within U.S. waters off-the-coast of Maine and Massachusetts. During this time, crew members discharged approximately 150,000 gallons of oil-contaminated waste while “tricking” the Oil Content Meter designed to detect and prevent discharges containing more than 15 parts per million oil, the international limit established by the MARPOL Protocol, an international treaty implemented by the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships.”

However, Oil companies stand behind the controls on the future of the world and they have common interests with oil companies in determining. So we face big problem to discuses with these companies that they affect on the pacific water.
In conclusion water pollution in the pacific effect by Company is illegally dumping pollution, smoke from factories and traffic from ships. I believe that we can stop pacific pollution and ground level smog be being more efficient in the way we live. I hope that after you heard about the causes, effects, and solutions to pacific pollution you will want to help prevent it. So do what you can and conserve the pacific today.

Oil Drilling in The Pacific

According to Gismatullion’s article “Shell $20 Bln Sakhalin Unit Criticized Ecologists", Royal Dutch Shell Plc and its partners to take big loan from The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with the bank will decided if they will provide money for the Sakhalin-2 gas project. The U.S.-based Pacific Environment group said "it does have a huge bearing on whether or not western banks and public banks will ultimately finance the project”, because this project could kill off the world's last 100 western gray whales and it is a shame for those banks if provide money for the Sakhalin project. But on the outer hand Shell co. said Feb. 24."Sakhalin Energy and the shareholders have always aspired to the highest standards with this project, the highest environmental and social standards,'' also they excess that Sakhalin improve its environmental and social standards since project started in 1994.

The evolution of technology in the 20th century led to a sharp increase in the oil consumption around the world. Extraction huge oil quantities from the Earth spicily from Pacific area used source of energy and essential raw material in various industries, especially chemical industries. There are some common methods to transfer oil from where it is extracted to wherever it is used. Long pipes, ships, and oil trucks are among the methods of oil delivery. These methods are not away from riskiness. For instances, ships might drawn in the ocean causing significant pollution to the marine environment. There are also risks for using other methods. Sakhalin 1 and 2 projects are away from being safe to the marine inhabitants in the ocean. Many studies warned against those two projects as they threaten the life of the last hundred grey whales living there.

It is not a secret that this project threatens the marine environment in the ocean. As result European governments have recently expressed concern over the Sakhalin 1 and 2 project. Oil is a material and effective functioning international political events and is use as a weapon to achieving people’s goals. Oil companies stand behind the controls on the future of the world and they have common interests with oil companies

Sakhalin 2 poses many threats; it is almost destroying the natural life in Sakhalin Island. Mitsubishi group and Mitsui CO developing Oil transfer natural gas from Sakhalin Island in Russian to US and Asia. This presses effective in the world's largest liquid natural gas facility and immense associated greenhouse gas emissions, Imperils the most critically endangered gray whale population in the world and 11 other endangered species and promotes an unsustainable development path for Russia, which will receive billions of dollars less in revenues from the project than was anticipated.

In Conclusion, Sakhalin project 1 and 2 started of on a bad footing in environment, health, and social issues. And Russian government should find a way to stop this project even if they will lose a lot of money to save natural environment in the Sakhalin Island and keep the special animals in safe. This, in fact, is more important than the profits they going to collect from the project.

Classes

The difference between EAP1 and EAP2 is not only a number. EAP2 is the highest level in CESL (Central of English as Second Language) in Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. In EAP2, students should choose their learning steps according to their abilities and learn the basic. Students are learning about many topics. EAP2 student should be more interacting with taking and discussing the topic with other students. Also EAP1 student should be more comfortable with EAP2 and do not get scared but learn tools which they will have to use to be fully effective professionals.

Language Learning

No one can process information in exactly the same way that he wants. However he can learn things more efficiently and in less time, if he discovers how he can process information best. Arabic language is different than other languages, especially in format. I expand the strategies that I use for learning and studying spicily in English. Because when I learning something new or difficult, I naturally tend to use the learning style that I prefer it. I recommend that every person should have his one learning style to be more successful in life and also they should choose their learning styles according to their abilities and powerful.

Pacific Coast

Should the government control the Pacific coast? Many leaders talk about occlusion every year; they said that in the beginning of year 2000 they would go through this problem and control the occlusion warming. In these days the world faces a major environmental crisis, and we pay the price of hurting nature for a long time, because we didn’t care about it. We polluted and the air for centuries, human been forestland barren desert billion cut trees polluted the seas and oceans, rivers, lakes, springs and streams since the earth was born. The scientists whistle that warmer temperatures in the Pacific waters have disrupted the ecosystem. We should find way to stop this problem before it comes worst. The three problems that we should deal with, at this time are air pollution, cutting threes and nuclear material.

People use something else; they use cigarettes. The cigarette has a lot of carbon and there are a billion of people who use cigarettes every day, and this made a lot of carbon.

The planet contains a large number of different forests; each one is special and environmentally, a composite of several types of particular trees and these species interact with each other, to produce our phenomena. Logging in the forests adversely affects the environment, where Oxygen is mead and where is made a sharper carbon, which are working on the greenhouse effect, leading to increasing global average temperatures and thus lack the rainfall. The Amazon is the biggest forest in this planet and it’s facing these days a lot of problem, because there is no control of the cutting of three. For example, there are a lot of factories using the forest for business by cutting the trees and they do not care about it; cutting trees means more carbon in the earth and it brings us a lot of problem.

The most dangerous material on the earth is nuclear material. These powers kill everything and make a lot of vapors that has a tinny thing we cannot see it by normal eye, it’s very dangerous for all especially that it keep the earth warm. There is a lot of factories that left the dangerous material in the sea because they didn’t have a place to put these materials. This move costs the Pacific and the sea a lot of problems because it kills the sea world.

My opinion is the government should stop these illegal things and immediately halt its ineffective system because it is killing our plant. Also we need professional organization to control and created new system for global resource. Every day we kill the Earth and we didn’t care about it; one day maybe we will lose the Pacific and this means the end of the life. We should make a new system and rolls for this problem also aid the natural organization because if there is no water no life.

In conclusion, pacific cost problem with air pollution, cutting threes and nuclear material. The government should control this issue and stop every one use his power to kill the Earth, because it’s very important for the humanity to continuo life. Also nationhood’s should create system that they use professional people to finish this issue.

Dammam

I have lived in a huge city in the East Province of Saudi Arabia. Dammam is the capital of the Eastern Province. Dammam lies on the tip of land near the Arabian Gulf; it is a large industrial and metropolitan area. It is a major seaport. The reason that I like this city is because it is near a small city. Also, the Saudi Government focuses on this city because it is a center for petroleum and natural gas, but also the centre of all commerce in the eastern parts of the kingdom.

Tarout Island

Tarout Island, or Ishtarut, named by the Phoenicians, is the second largest island in the Arabian Gulf. Tarout Island, and Al Qatif Oasis, which is on the coast near it, is located in the western province of Saudi Arabia. Before Islam, Tarout Island was known as Ishtarut.
Ishtarut was the name of their God of love and beauty. The history of this island goes back to over five thousands years ago. It was believed to be “the Garden of Eden, a piece of Heaven on Earth,” according to some website. Tarout Island is the birth of cultures, one of the quaint cities in history and the most important seaport in the past. Tarout Island became interesting because it has Tarout castle. This castle is the most important historical location on the Gulf Sea. I was born in Tarout Island and I love this city not just because I was born on it, and also because it’s very old.

TOEFL - 2

As I said before TOEFL is required for International students to study at the American university. Test of English as a Foreign Language or TOEFL is important because some universities have an English program for the international students, and TOEFL is the way to know if they improved or not. Some students pass the class and they may have to go to a higher level. I am one of the international students who take the TOEFL test and I try two kinds of this test: IBT and P.P. If you take the TOEFL for the first time, maybe it makes you feel like you became bad because you may get a lower score, but on the other hand TOEFL gives you push to make your English better than what it looks like. I suggest for any student who wants to take this test that he learns the vocabulary; all of us know that if you have a lot of vocabulary you will pass the TOEFL. Also, you may read about TOEFL because TOEFL has a lot of tricky things especially in the grammar part or any any part during the test. Moreover, you may have confidence and a goal because if you work on these two things you will do anything you want.

TOEFL

The English language has become the worldwide formalities language. For many years English stayed in the top of the famous and desired languages. As we know the American university has a special culture, so they require the international students to prove that they speak, listen, read and write in English. The TOEFL exam is made to be the judicious and help the people who speak English as a second language. TOEFL is a very good exam for many reasons. First, is designed to gauge your English, TOEFL is Test of English As a Foreign Language. This exam has more than one kind; IBT, TIP and P.P. It designed for people who didn’t speak English as a first language; also it is the gauge of their English that they have. For example, some students who lived outside the USA may have to prove that they speak, read, listen and write. Second, TOEFL has the attitude to improve your language. For example, TOEFL has a lot of vocabulary and we know if we don’t have a good vocabulary we will not improve in English. Finally, TOEFL is the way to study in the country when they speak English. So we cannot study in any university if we don’t have the TOEFL epically in the United State. I think that SIUC should think about the TOEFL score; it’s huge for some international students, but on the other hand it’s the way to improve your English.

Cash Advance Company

In Peter Hull article "Bill Would Limit Payday Lending", he discusses that cash advance company taking $15 for every $100, that’s mean %390 every years. Mr. Fulmer said, “These Company’s fees are less than bank fees”. Moreover, Clemmons agree that the government wants to take the fees less than $5 for every $100”, this is about %36 pear year. If the government applies with this bill, the company’s cannot pay for the employees and this will cost money problem for cash advance company. According to Wikipedia.com; “A capitalist economic practice in the institutionalized of USA, also some economists have specified a variety of different types of capitalism, depending on specific of concentration of economic power and wealth”. Cash advance company have system and they do not cheat the people, so the government should not stop these markets. Because, these companies provide an essential service, it is individual companies and isn’t investment companies and it’s protect the uneducated.

First, cash advance company provide an essential service. These companies found this new market, because they know that there are some people from time to time have financial crises. For example, there are some people do not have health insurance, and we find them suffering from problem when they go to hospitals. The treatment and specifically in the United State is relatively high and it cannot be covered without the presence of health insurance. Cash advance companies provide health loans services fairly well for these people who have financial crises and it’s just for the health cost. Also cash advance company do not required many conditions compared like banks. Banks stage requires sometime a lot of conditions. For example, cash advance company do not require there customers property pending like house, car or any of the personal property. Moreover, these companies are quick and immediate services. The government should not stop these companies and they should to allow for them to operator.

Second, Cash advance companies is individual companies and it is not investment companies such as banks. Also these companies like any companies have advantage and disadvantaged, it’s better than the other, and it has different rolls but they have the same fees like banks. Moreover these companies help the community and society. For example, when these companies want to open new branch they created new job especially in the small town, cash advance company focus in the community and they know what the sociality need because they work to help people. Also these companies didn’t need bailsmen who has power job or who work in the government companies. For example, some country around the world such as Bahrain or Saudi Arabia they requires the people who need the loan a bailsmen.

Third, cash advance companies protects the uneducated. There is a law prevalent in the United State and other countries around the world, that the law does not protect the dupes. In the top financial interests such as America, interests are very important there. American banks generally require customers to sign a contract when they request for the loan service. As we know that the credit history in United State is very important and it is something very command, you may not buy any car, house, electric devise or neither get know credit card if you have problem in your credit history. For example, some people use cash advance companies because they can keep their credit clean when they participants the service. On the other hand, the special thing on this company that they give people fast service so they do not need ask someone else to help them. For example, some student some times can get cash from these companies in less than ten minute and they need to bring driver's liaisons and cheek. In additions, cash advance company change the course lives of many people and they protect the credit records of them.

In conclusion, cash advance company like any company have advantage and disadvantage and the government should not stop these markets, because its it’s better than the other and it has good service, also these company help many people who has financial crises.

Windows on Macs provokes a stir

I found this article Windows on Macs provokes a stir in BBC News. The author Mark Ward, wrote about Apple's release of software that the Intel-based machines run Windows XP has set the hi-tech world buzzing. By making XP run on Apple hardware, users will be able to get access to all those Windows programs they were previously denied. The trial version of Boot Camp released by Apple only let owners use one operating system at a time. Switching from one to the other currently, a process that takes a while to complete. By the end of 2007, all Apple's computers are expected to be Intel-based, and Windows on the Apple Mac is 'a bold move' .

In my opinion, I dont think that windows will provide stir on macs, because Macintosh poses fewer problems than Windows and Mac programs peripherals install without fuss, and there are no more missing .dll files, hardware or software conflicts, system slowdowns or surprise crashes. when you use Macs you will forget something we know it as reboot my Macintosh , and it was my fault that it crashed, but with Windows machine, I have to reboot two or three times a day. Though Macs are the computer of choice of most creative professionals in the art, advertising, music, movie and publishing worlds, it seems to me that home users need them the most.
